GENERAL INFORMATION: Orders containing in-stock merchandise usually ship the same day when placed before 12 pm PST Monday - Friday. Otherwise, orders may take 1-2 business days to fulfill (Monday - Friday). Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. Please note orders placed during holiday seasons or during select times under COVID may take just a few days longer to fulfill, however, we pride ourselves on getting orders out quickly and take measures to do so during peak times to help avoid extra delays. Please note that NailSelfish is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers as shipping carriers worldwide may experience their own delays due to COVID.
LOST PACKAGE: Static Nails is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page). After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package.
RETURN TO SENDER: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is undeliverable and being returned to sender. Typically this means there is an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to drop off your package and needs your assistance. Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal without having contacted us prior will be refunded less shipping and receiving costs.
DELAYED: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed. Typically this means additional information is needed to deliver your package.

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are tested and proven and want customers to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.
RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes, NailSelfish goods are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES: NailSelfish does not conduct exchanges.
